How much rhodiola extract have you been adding to 1 cup of black tea?

  2. admin says:

The suggested use for the rhodiola liquid extract is 1 ml (approx. 28 drops), twice a day. Divide this dosage over 4 cups of black tea, so 1 cup of tea = 14 drops of rhodiola liquid extract.
