Recommended Dosage: Liquid extract: 2 ml, 3 times a day.  Capsules: 300-500 mg, 3 times a day.

L-Theanine For Stress
Stress is commonly associated with belly fat. It causes the secretion of stress hormones such as cortisol that promote fat storage in the mid-section. L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea leaves, especially green tea. It has a calming and relaxing effect, so can be helpful in relieving stress and anxiety. If you don’t like drinking tea, you can take L-theanine in supplement form.
Recommended dosage: 200 mg a day.
