Dr Oz’s Rapid Belly Melt Plan

On today’s show, Dr Oz shares the 3 simple steps in his Rapid Belly Melt plan to burn belly fat and lose the pooch.

1. Supplement with Forskolin

Forskolin is derived from the roots of Coleus Forskohlii, a plant that belongs to the mint family. It can aid weight loss by stimulating metabolism and fat burning. Forskolin was also featured on a previous Dr Oz show.

Dr Oz suggests taking 125 mg of Forskolin supplement in the morning before meal. You want to make sure that this supplement contains at least 10% forskolin.

2. Drink Green Tea Lemonade

Green tea is rich in catechins (antioxidants) that enhance weight loss by increasing insulin sensitivity, thermogenesis (metabolism) and fat burning.

Unfortunately, catechins are easily degraded in the gastrointestinal tract following oral consumption of green tea. By adding lemon juice to green tea, it can significantly enhance catechin stability and bioavailability in the intestines. The increased absorption of catechins in the body supercharges their fat burning effect!

3. Use Sugar Regulating Spices

Consuming too much refined carbs and sugar causes spikes in blood sugar and insulin levels. Chronically high insulin levels promote belly fat storage and prevent fat loss.

Therefore, Dr Oz suggests reducing your intake of junk carbs and adding 1/2 teaspoon of these sugar regulating spices to your every meal: cinnamon, clove, oregano, cayenne or turmeric.
